Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked goods, we are unable to accept returns once a product has left our bakery. However, we are committed to ensuring you enjoy every bite and will provide a refund or replacement if your order is damaged or incorrect.

Provide Evidence
Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging if there is a quality concern or damage to help us improve our baking standards.
Assessment
Our bakery managers will review your request immediately to determine if a full refund, partial credit, or a replacement loaf is appropriate.
Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, or a collection for a replacement can be arranged at your local GAIL's.
